Sugarloaf Summit is our most advanced guided Jeep tour for guests seeking high-alpine scenery, local fire lookout history, and a short hike to the summit. Travel through rugged mountain terrain and enjoy sweeping views above the Leavenworth area.
Important: This tour includes a moderate 1/3-mile walk to reach the summit lookout. The final stretch of road is closed to vehicles because of post-fire hazards and environmental recovery from the Lower Sugarloaf Fire.

What to bring
Your Sugarloaf Summit adventure travels through rugged mountain terrain in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. Please bring reusable water bottles, snacks, sun protection, and sturdy closed-toe shoes for the short 1/3-mile walk to the summit.

Your adventure includes fuel and necessary forest-access permits for exploring the breathtaking Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. Good to know before booking
The open-air Jeep experience during our guided Jeep tours can be dusty in summer conditions, especially on Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest tours. Short walks at stops, including Sugarloaf Lookout, may involve navigating uneven natural ground. Guests are required to provide and install necessary car seats or booster seats for their children. Please note that the tour may not be suitable for guests who are pregnant or have back, neck, or serious injuries. Additionally, tours may change or be canceled due to weather, road safety, or U.S. Forest Service conditions. We encourage guests to review the full cancellation policy before booking.
